JA'BOURE ("we", "us") is an Omani house of luxury based in the Sultanate of Oman. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

• Private List: your name, email address and WhatsApp number.
• If you are invited to purchase: your delivery address and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as IP address), used to keep the site secure and prevent spam.

How we use it

• To confirm your place on the Private List and contact you about our drops.
• To send you a private invitation to purchase, if you are selected.
• To process, deliver and support your order.

We do not sell your personal information, and we write rarely.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run JA'BOURE, and only for the purposes above: website hosting, our email service, our payment provider, and our delivery partner. They are required to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep Private List details until you ask us to remove you. Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, or to remove you from the Private List. Every email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe.
